Ted Cruz was in Lafayette, Indiana, with his running mate, Carly
Fiorina, on Sunday, May 1, two days ahead of the Indiana primary. Cruz
praised Fiorina’s character and business record, saying Hillary Clinton
was “terrified” of Fiorina. “I can just picture Hillary thinking about
Carly, tossing and turning and tossing and turning in her jail cell.”
Cruz was repeating a line he previously used on April 19.Cruz also
talked about his wife Heidi, saying that when she was First Lady,
